6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

QuoteCraft AI uses artificial intelligence (OpenAI's GPT models) to generate proposal content. You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated proposals are suggestions only. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all content before sending it to clients.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any AI-generated content.
• AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate suggestions. Always review proposals carefully.
• You are solely responsible for any proposals you send to clients and any commitments made therein.
• We are not liable for any business outcomes, disputes, or losses arising from proposals generated by or sent through the Service.

7. Free Beta Disclaimer

QuoteCraft AI is currently in free beta. During the beta period:

• The Service is provided free of charge. This may change when the beta period ends.
• We will provide reasonable notice before introducing paid plans or changing the free tier limits.
• The Service is provided "as-is" and "as-available" without warranties of any kind. Beta software may contain bugs, experience downtime, or undergo significant changes.
• Features available during beta may be modified, restricted, or removed in the production version.
• We may limit usage (e.g., number of proposals per month) at any time to manage service capacity.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• QuoteCraft AI is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
• We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Reasons for termination may include violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or extended inactivity. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
